COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – The United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia, Michael J. Moore, announced three people have plead guilty to the possession of methamphetamine.
Bradford Harden, 44, Kristopher Carver, 27, and Kayla Price, 26, were sentenced on March 31 by the Honorable Clay D. Land, Chief U.S. District Court Judge in Columbus, Ga.
Carver pleaded guilty on Dec. 8, 2014 to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm while committing a drug trafficking crime. He received 15 years in prison.
Price was also guilty to the possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine on Dec. 8, 2014. The court sentenced her to 100 months in prison.
Harden entered a guilty plea on Dec. 8. 2014 to a superseding information alleging possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm while committing a drug trafficking crime. He was sentenced to serve 130 months in federal prison.
This case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Columbus Police Department.
