(WTVM) – The police are trying to determine the safety and well being of a lady who was in the Panama City Beach area for spring break.

The female was seen in a disturbing video that was discovered by out-of-state law enforcement.

Anyone with information on her identity is asked to contact the Bay County Sheriff's Office at (850) 747-4700 or Crime Stoppers.
