AUBURN, AL (WTVM) – An ongoing narcotics investigation led to the arrest of two Auburn men on May 15.
The Auburn Police Division's Narcotics Section, with the assistance of the Lee County swat team, executed a search warrant in the 700 block of E. Magnolia Avenue.
The search warrant was the result of an investigation to narcotic sales from the residence. During the search warrant, a quantity of cocaine and marijuana was discovered, along with two confiscated firearms.
Two men were arrested: Michael D. Smith, 38, was charged possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of marijuana. Robert Jordan, 25, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Both subjects were from Auburn, AL.
Smith and Jordan were transported to the Lee County Detention Center. Their bond amounts are $4,000 for Smith and $3,000 for Jordan.
