COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – A local school is planning to expand their second, sixth and seventh grades for the 2015-2016 school year due to an increase in enrollment.
"Additional classes being added at Calvary is a clear sign of the excitement for what God is doing on out campus. Our commitment to developing young men and women of character and a biblical world view meets a growing need for families in our community," Dr. Ricky Smith said, Headmaster for CCS.
The middle school at Calvary Christian School is being renovated. The first phase of renovation happened in December 2014 and the second phase will begin in June.
They will add two large portable classrooms and it will be completed this summer to accommodate their middle school growth in sixth and seventh grade.
Open house is held each Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more information about enrollment please click here.
