MACON COUNTY, AL (WTVM) - According to our sister station WSFA 12 News in Montgomery, the Macon County Sheriff's Office confirmed they found the body of a missing Auburn man early Sunday.
Law enforcement officials confirmed they found the body of Gaurav Arora, 37, who had not been seen since May 25. The Auburn Police Department received a report that Arora was missing on May 27.
Arora was last seen at the Uchee Shooting Range, located in the 100 block of National Forest Road 949, located in the Tuskegee National Forest.
The Macon County Sheriff's Office was contacted and notified on May 30 by the United States Department of Agriculture Law Enforcement and Investigations Personnel and a search of the National Forest was conducted from noon until 7 p.m.
Information on where Arora's body was found or a cause of death has not been released at this time.
