COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The honors keep rolling in for the newly crowned Miss Georgia.
Betty Cantrell, who competed as Miss Warner Robbins,
at the RiverCenter.
On Monday, she was awarded a brand new Kia from the Kia AutoSport dealership in Columbus.
Cantrell says she was humbled by Kia's gesture.
"This is so incredible that they do this for us," Cantrell said. "We're so gracious and humbled by this opportunity that they give to the Miss Georgia contestant every year that wins."
Cantrell also said she plans to "hit the ground running" preparing for the Miss America competition, which begins in September.
