    The Meriwether County Sheriff's Office has identified the body that was found in a wooded area on Monday, June 15. On Friday, June 19 Sheriff Chuck Smith stated the investigation is being ruled as a homicide from an apparent gunshot wound.More >>

MERIWETHER COUNTY, GA (WTVM) - The Meriwether County Sheriff's Office is investigating the homicide of Kenneth Michael Spice. 

Kenneth was last seen at Wal-Mart on Bullsboro Dr., Newnan, Ga. on Wednesday June 10 around 5 p.m. 

Kenneth was wearing a blue in color t-shirt with "Yamaha" written on the back, blue work pants, and tan work boots. 

Kenneth stood about 6' 2" tall and weighed about 200 pounds.  Kenneth was driving a white in color, 1996 Ford F-150, the truck was missing the tailgate, bearing Ga. tag PSB 8872. 

The Meriwether County Sheriff's Office is looking for anyone with information about this homicide or anyone who may have seen Kenneth on this date after the hours of 5 p.m.
