(WTVM) - A woman was taken to a Columbus hospital Wednesday night after she crashed her car into another vehicle that was parked near the intersection of Warm Springs and Blackmon Road.
The accident happened in the area of the round-about around 9:30 p.m. The vehicle sustained heavy damage, but officials on the scene said the driver was alert and talking when she was transported to the hospital. No word on what caused the accident and the driver's name has not been released at this time.
Earlier that day, first responders in Smiths Station worked the scene of an accident Wednesday evening on the 280 bypass. Two vehicles were involved and both were in a ditch when our crews arrived on scene. There were no reports of injuries, and officials said It's not clear what caused the crash.
