Ebagua earns All-PIFL honors

Ebagua named 1st Team All-PIFL

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus Lions wide receiver Terrence Ebagua was named First Team All-PIFL on Thursday, one of only two unanimous selections as announced by the league.

Ebagua has been one of the most dominant receivers in the league, reeling in 71 catches for 1070 yards and a PIFL-leading 26 touchdowns. He has at least two TD receptions in 10 of the Lions 12 games so far this season.

Five other Lions were named to the second team: offensive lineman Brandon Thomas, fullback Kendrick Perry, defensive lineman Jerry Willis, linebacker Larry Edwards, and wide receiver/linebacker Jarmon Fortson, who earned notice in the Iron Man slot for his play on both sides of the ball.

The Lions host the Richmond Raiders in the PIFL Championship on Monday. Kickoff at the Columbus Civic Center is set for 7 pm ET.
