Brent Springford ,Junior Prepares To Come Back To Montgomery

He has been fighting extradition for months, but on Thursday Brent Springford Junior changed his mind.

Montgomery District Attorney Ellen Brooks says Springford waived extradition in Colorado. He was arrested there several days after his parents were found murdered in their home the day after Thanksgiving. Brooks says Montgomery police will fly to Colorado to bring Springford back, and he is expected in Montgomery by Monday.

Once he gets to Montgomery, he will be held in the county jail. A grand jury is expected to hear Springford's case soon.
