CPD: Missing teen 'recovered' in Phenix City on Monday night

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The Columbus Police Department announced Tuesday morning that a teen, missing since Aug. 22, has been "recovered."

CPD says Marvin Eugene King, 17, was "recovered" in Phenix City on Monday night. The police had issued a missing person's alert on Monday.

There was no other information given by law enforcement on how or where King was found - just that he is safe and the missing person's alert for him has been canceled.
