LAGRANGE, GA (WTVM) – LaGrange police continue searching for a man who is accused of abducting his son.
Detectives say Zandale Warrior, 23, and his brother forced their way into the child's mother's home on N. Cary Street and took the 4-month-old boy.
The LaGrange Police are also looking for Xavier Warrior, 20, Zandale's brother, who allegedly helped with the crime.
A press release from LPD says the victim told them that the two suspects forced their way into her residence and assaulted the man who had custody of the child. Following the assault, the child was taken from the home.
The child has since been recovered, but details are vague as to how he was recovered. We've reached out to LaGrange Police for more details.
