COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – Starting on Oct. 6, Columbus-area McDonald's invite customers to experience McDonald's breakfast all day, a part of the first wave of national chains.
After years of being the no. 1 requests of customers who've demanded it, All Day Breakfast is a reality for McDonald's customers. More than 120,000 people tweeted McDonald's asking for breakfast throughout the day in the past year alone.
"We are excited to offer All Day Breakfast to our customers," said local McDonald's Owner-Operator John Pezold. "Since the announcement of the national launch on Oct. 6, we've been getting phone calls almost daily asking if it is here yet. Our customers have told us they love McDonald's breakfast, and we are excited to serve their breakfast favorites all day in our restaurants."
The Columbus-area restaurants will be serving biscuit breakfast sandwiches – except for McMuffins - hotcakes, oatmeal and other favorites all day. The items customers can expect to see after 10:30 a.m. are:
- Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit
- Sausage Biscuit with Egg
- Sausage Biscuit
- Hotcakes with Sausage
- Sausage Burrito
- Fruit ‘N Yogurt Parfait

*available breakfast items vary by location
Customers are encouraged to mix things up and have fun with it. They can now enjoy a Big Mac with a side of hash browns, a Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit at 6 a.m. or 6p.m., or have breakfast for lunch or for dinner.
