PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) - A Phenix City teen accused of murder has now been indicted on the charges.
Josh Gorman, 17, will face a judge on October 14 for the arraignment.
Gorman is accused of striking and killing 31-year-old Nathan Wombles during a hit and run crash in April.
During an earlier court appearance, his attorney asked that the case be remanded to juvenile court for manslaughter.
The district attorney's office said they can't reveal if he will be charged as an adult at this time.
