Kendrick High School students and faculty safe following evacuation

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – Students and staff were evacuated from Kendrick High School on Friday due to a bomb threat, according to Muscogee County School District's Communication Officer Valerie Fuller.

Fuller also says emergency responders were on the scene and the school safety plan was implemented to ensure the safety of all students.

Moments later school administrators were given an all clear to re-enter the school.

Students and staff are safe and classes and school activities have resumed.
