2 injured in alleged drive-by on 13th Ave and 39th St

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Officials are investigating a shooting in the 3800 block of 13th Avenue and 39th Street in Columbus. 

Our crew on the scene said the street was blocked off, and neighbors reported hearing at least four gunshots.

Officials confirm a possible drive-by shooting took place Monday night, and two victims were taken to the hospital after they were shot in the legs. One victim was shot in the right leg, and the other victim was shot in both legs. 

Officials say they are looking for a gray SUV in connection to the shooting.
