1 arrested in Phenix City burglary; police seek 1 other suspect

PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) -

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a third degree burglary and second degree theft of property that occurred earlier this month, and says they've made an arrest.

On Oct. 14, the Lee County Sheriff's Office requested help from the public in the identification of the individuals in the pictures on the left.

On Monday Oct. 26, Anthony Joshua James was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property.

James was arrested on these charges at the Lee County Detention Facility.

The second person has not been identified. Both suspects’ faced were covered with shirts and bandanas.
