COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Up to a hundred people were fed a Thanksgiving meal today at the Salvation Army of Columbus.
Meals were handed out up until noon this morning for those unable to prepare a meal themselves.
One of the volunteers at the Salvation Army said it's about everyone getting to enjoy a sense of Thanksgiving today.
"It's a good feeling for us to be able to do this," Willie Haynes said, a volunteer with Salvation Army.
Around 100 people were served at the Thanksgiving event.
