A three month criminal investigation into alleged sexual misconduct involving a volleyball coach at a local high school is over.
Allegations were made in August about Coach Stephanie Voyles from Jordan High School.
A person came forward to police claiming she was having an inappropriate relationship with a 17 year female volleyball player.
Police then started investigating the claims.
After three months, the youth services sex crimes unit at the Columbus Police Department had nothing to go on in order to move the case forward.
"We had some allegations of an inappropriate relationship because we had some reluctant witnesses and reluctant victim. We could not go forward with it," says Lt. Joyce Dent-Fitzpatrick with the Columbus Police Department.
Voyles has been on leave pending the investigation.
During that time, school district officials say she had no contact with students.
