Susan Kulakowski, director of Rehabilitation Therapy at Columbus Regional Health, discussed how you can stay fit and protect yourself during the holidays.
Kulakowski says exercising in short increments of 15 minutes is beneficial to your body. She also says in colder weather you are at a higher risk of injury while exercising, so it's important to stay warm and wear layers while exercising outside.
It's always a good time to start exercising, no matter what time of year it is.
