OPELIKA, AL (WTVM) – Warrants were obtained for 23-year-old Michael Ray Goodson, Jr. for forgery and theft of property.
According to police, an incident happened between Thursday, Dec. 3 and Friday, Dec. 18 at Charter Bank, located at 701 2nd Ave in Opelika, AL. Police say that checks that had been cashed were previously reported stolen in a burglary, which occurred at Living Waters Ministries located at 3005 Lafayette Parkway.
Later, Goodson was arrested on Dec. 18 at 2:46 p.m. and he was charged with burglary in the third-degree, criminal possession of forged instrument in the second degree and theft of property in the first degree.
Goodson was booked into the Lee County Jail.
