SAVANNAH, GA (WTVM) – A Navy Officer is being honored in Georgia after serving in the Vietnam War.
Ken Trout was awarded Georgia Governor Nathan Deal's 50th year Certificate of Honor and President Obama's Proclamation.
His friends say he is a proud veteran always representing the navy, and those who knew him say he is always telling stories about the war and appreciates the support.
