MCSO searching for sibling duo wanted on multiple warrants

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The Muscogee County Sheriff's Office is searching for a brother and sister duo wanted on several warrants.

Christopher Lawrence and Mia Lawrence are both currently wanted by the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office. The brother and sister have multiple warrants.

Law enforcement is warning citizens to not attempt to apprehend these two people, and that they should contact law enforcement immediately upon sight.

Christopher Lawrence, 26, is a black male who is approximately 5’10” and weighs approximately 168 pounds. He is currently wanted by the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office with four counts of Felony Probation Violation and additional warrants with the Columbus Police Department.

He was placed on probation for two counts of burglary, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, simple battery, criminal trespass and obstruction. He has been known to flee from authorities.

Mia Lawrence, 27, is a black female who is approximately 5’0” and weighs approximately 160 pounds. She is wanted for Felony Probation Violation and has additional warrants with CPD.

She was placed on probation for two counts aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit burglary and simple assault. She has not reported to her probation officer and still owes restitution.
