LIST: Polling places, sample ballots in Georgia, Alabama

(WTVM) - With primaries and elections around the corner, voters will be lining up at the polls to cast their ballots. 

You can find where you are listed to vote on both the Georgia and Alabama elections offices website. 

For Alabama, you can click here. For Georgia, you can click here. Polling places are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local times, and until 8 p.m. EST in Russell County. 

Here's what you need as you head into your local polling place. For Georgia: 

  • Proof of Identification: If you're voting in person in GA, you're required to show a current photo ID. Accepted IDs include:
    • A GA driver's license (can be expired).
    • A valid employee photo ID issued by any entity of the US. Government, or any county or entity of the state.
    • A valid U.S. passport.
    • A valid U.S. military ID (with photo).
    • A valid tribal ID (with photo).
    • Any valid photo ID issued by the state or federal government.
    • This includes free Voter ID cards.

Russell County:

  • Precinct 401: The Russell County Courthouse 1000 Broad Street Phenix City
  • Precinct 301: The Central Activities Center 1500 14th Street Phenix City
  • Precinct 101: The Roy Martin Center  1100 Airport Road Phenix City
  • Precinct 302: The National Guard Armory 3614 South Railroad Street Phenix City
  • Precinct:402: The Claude Parkman Building 311 Prentiss Drive Phenix City
  • Precinct 202: The Ladonia Volunteer Fire Station 3855 US HWY 80 Phenix City
  • Precinct 602: The Crawford Volunteer Fire Station 6 HWY 80/169S (Crawford) Phenix City

Lee County:

  • Beat 12: The Smiths Station Senior Center 3172 Lee Road 242
  • Beat 14: Smiths Station Junior High Auditorium 1100 Lee Road 298 Smiths Station
  • Beat 16: Glenwood Schools 5801  Summerville Road  Smiths Station
