UPDATE: Columbus man wanted in Albany murder has been found

ALBANY, GA (WTVM) - A Columbus man is in police custody after he was wanted in the murder of an Albany man, according to our sister station, WALB.  

According to a release from the Albany Police Department, Marcus Grant III, 33, of Columbus, was wanted the for murder and aggravated assault if Tony Carter, 40. The incident happened at Apple Jax Bar & Lounge, located at 1303 E. Broad Ave. in Albany.

Grant III along with his girlfriend Ebony Millsaps, 34, were found in Lee County, GA around 3 p.m. on Monday. Millsaps was wanted for questioning in this case.

Both Grant III and Millsaps were living in Columbus, but police believe they were also living in Hilton Head, SC with Shekelia Anderson-Brooks and could be headed there.

Police said Grant III should be considered armed and dangerous.
