Christopher Williams, 34, is on the run, but with your help his days of eluding police could come to an end.

"We have a special interest in him. He's a registered sex offender,” said Muscogee County Sheriff Deputy Jeffrey Hackey. “He has been eluding us and has been running. I think we've had a couple of officers injured trying to chase him."

Deputy Hackey says Williams isn't hard to recognize.

He has several tattoos on his face and neck. Williams stands 6’1” and weighs approximately 150 pounds.

Police say his ability to stay hidden won't last forever and says Williams has gone as far as threatening any authorities who approach him.

"Mr. Williams is posting a lot of stuff on Facebook, he knows we're going to see,” Deputy Hackey said. “He's acquired several weapons and has been threatening us saying we better not come near him and that we are not going to catch him. He's even threatened bodily harm to some of our deputies if they come out make contact with him again."

Williams is considered dangerous, so if you see him do not approach him; call the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office at (706) 653-4225.
