UPDATE: Suspect in deadly Outlaws Saloon brawl out on bond

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - A man wanted in a fatal January bar brawl in Columbus has bonded out of jail. 

According to Columbus police, the department's fugitive squad picked up 48-year-old James Perkins on Sunday from Henry County. 

Perkins was being held there on a child support warrant. According to Lieutenant Wendy Sanvidge, he was behind on child support and had to serve 30 days or pay $1,000.

He is accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Marquis Brown. He is now out on a $25,000 bond. 

Brown died following a fight in the parking lot of Outlaws Saloon in late January.
