Celebrate Easter at Fort Benning with a tasty brunch

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Easter brunch is a tasty tradition every year at Fort Benning.
Chef Jeffrey Bowman, better known as “Cheffery,” brought his famous hand carved ham to WTVM Saturday morning.
The Benning Club’s elegant Easter Brunch is one of most popular events on post, this holiday tradition features traditional favorites: a classic breakfast menu, delicious pastries, a carving station and so much more.

 Online reservations are now closed but walk ups are welcome.

Seating times are at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and  1 p.m. The price is $18.95 for adults, $16.95 for seniors 65 and older, $9.95 for children 6-12 and free for children

Chef Jeff’s left over egg recipe:

  • 8 hard cooked eggs (diced)
  • 1 cup ham (diced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion (thin sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper (diced)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Combine all and chill!
