  • Wash your hands regularly
  • Buckle up when in the car
  • Protect your skin
  • Read food labels
  • Find a STD testing site near you
  • Listen to a health podcast
  • Know the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and stroke
  • Test your smoke alarm regularly
