COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - A candlelight vigil was held Thursday evening for a Columbus man shot to death in 2012.
The vigil took place at Charlie Hill Park in the Beallwood Community.
Antonio Robinson, 19, was shot to death on this date in 2012, as he drove along Brown Avenue.
Two men have been indicted for his murder, which police say took place after Robinson spoke with a girl at a now defunct teen club.
"He was a good kid, I mean he had his little faults but he was a good kid but he didn't deserve to die the way that he did," said grandmother Jeanette Davis.
"He's all I had. He and I have been through everything together and its crazy without him and it's crazy somebody like him would be gone," said childhood friend Vanessa Murana.
There were several friends and family members in attendance at the vigil.
