Newest Krispy Kreme in Auburn to offer sweet gifts to first customers

AUBURN, AL (WTVM) - The highly-anticipated grand opening of the Krispy Kreme in Auburn will feature a sweet treat for their first customers on May 10.

The first 100 customers to go to the store on its grand opening day will be treated with special offers. The sweet prizes include:

  • One free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts every week for a year to the first customer in line.
  • Customers two through 100 receive one free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts every month for a year.
  • The first 200 customers in line will receive a commemorative grand opening T-shirt (excluding the drive-thru).

The store, located at 1611 Opelika Road, will be open Sunday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 6 a.m. to midnight. The drive-thru will be open 24 hours.

Krispy Kreme will also host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on grand opening day featuring

Krispy Kreme team members and local dignitaries.
