5 Columbus men arrested on multiple charges

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Five Columbus men were arrested on multiple charges earlier this week at a residence on Booker Avenue. 

Terrance Bell, 20, was arrested on Tuesday, May 10 around 5 p.m. after police conducted a search warrant. 

Police also located two milligrams of Xanax with a street value of $10 in Bell’s right front pants pocket at the time of his arrest.   

Bell had an outstanding first-degree burglary warrant for stealing $1,790 worth of property and an outstanding warrant for theft by taking of a motor vehicle worth $10,000 from Riverside Car Sales.  

During the search warrant, police also arrested 21-year-old Rodney Beverly, 21-year-old Nayeem Rafiq Snead, 18-year-old Jonathan Isiah Lee, and 24-year-old Davon Marqua Wallace at the residence.

They were found with approximately one ounce of suspected marijuana, digital scales, marijuana grinders and plastic bags used for the sale of narcotics with a street value of $265.

All five were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession drug-related object.

Wallace was also charged with criminal gang activity.

All five appeared in Recorder’s Court on Thursday, May 12 at 9 a.m.
