A firearm expert testifies in a murder trial revealing new details about the murder weapon police say was used in the 2012 shooting death of a Columbus Barbershop owner.
Cathryn Jordan testified Wednesday that she examined a bullet recovered from Columbus barbershop owner Charlie Artis' autopsy.
Police say a 38 special revolver was found in the home of Dantevious Doleman and Edward Lee.
Jordan says after testing the alleged murder weapon and bullet that her findings were inconclusive but, the defendant’s gun could not be eliminated.
The lead detective is expected to finish his testimony Thursday at which time the prosecution is expected to rest their case.
