CHAMBERS COUNTY, AL (WTVM) – Two men were arrested after a meth lab was found in a Chambers County home on County Road 281.
Agents from the Chambers County Drug Task Force received information of a burn victim at West Georgia Medical Center.
The victim stated that he had burned himself while welding and the staff felt that the police needed to be notified and they contacted Chambers County 911 center.
The information revealed that the person who was burned was at the residence of Jimmy Pike when this occurred.
Agents responded to the 4100 block of County Road 281 in Chambers County where Agents found meth lab components, a meth lab, and two firearms on the property.
Two arrests were made including 69-year-old Jimmy Ray Pike and Kenneth Slaughter of Five Points.
Both were charged with manufacture of a controlled substance and a possession of a controlled substance.
