Suspects arrested in Grantville shooting that injured 3

MERIWETHER COUNTY, GA (WTVM) – Multiple arrests have been made in connection to a May shooting that left three people injured in Grantville, GA.

The Meriwether County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and charged 21-year-old Zaquavier Bonner, 20-year-old Deontravious Bonner, and 19-year-old Tiffany Jones in association with a shooting that took place at the Suga Shack on Zebra Ln. on May 21.

Zaquavier Bonner has been charged with three counts of party to a crime, aggravated assault, and one count of party to a crime aggravated battery.

Deontravious Bonner has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated battery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Both brothers are being held in the Meriwether County Jail without bond.

Tiffany Jones has been charged with misdemeanor count obstruction of an officer, one felony count obstruction of an officer, criminal interference with Government property, terroristic threats and acts, and public consumption of alcohol under age.

The trio got into an argument with the victims and they opened fire. The first victim was shot several times, a second victim was grazed by a bullet to the upper body, and a third victim suffered lacerations from flying glass that came through the windshield. All victims have been released from the hospital.
