COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – A global company formally broke ground on Monday on the construction of their new headquarters office building located in the Valley.
The Char-Broil company's new headquarters will be located on Belfast Avenue in Columbus.
The building, located adjacent to its primary distribution center in North America, will consist of roughly 25,000 square feet of office space and is expected to be completed next spring.
"Today was important for us to mark building this new building and being adjacent to our warehouse and distribution center and serving our customers and consumers and really establishing our commitment to the Columbus community," said President and CEO or Charbroil Christine Robins.
The Char-Broil company, which markets grills and grilling accessories, has offices across the world in the U.S., Canada, Europe and China.
