Harris Co. prison warden placed on administrative leave for sexual harassment

HARRIS COUNTY, GA (WTVM) – Harris County prison warden Alex Haden has been put on administrative leave with pay, according to the Harris County Commissioner’s Office.

According to officials, the GBI was requested by Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit Superior Court JudgeGil McBride to investigate allegations that Haden was falsifying his time sheets, misusing the inmate commissary funds, used prison property for personal use, and had been allegedly sexually harassing employees. 

Haden was the Harris County Prison Warden for more than 15 years and he worked at the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office for nine years, according to his Linkedin account.

This investigation is still active and ongoing.
