Hope for the Warriors $2M+ raised on July 4 fundraiser nationwide

(WTVM) - Southeastern Grocers, the parent company of Winn-Dixie, is donating more than $2 million to Hope for the Warriors.

The donations that will go to support veterans, service members and their families.

Southeastern Grocers recently pledged 100 percent of profits generated on July 4 to the organization.

The result of this year's campaign represents the largest single donation Hope for the Warriors has received since 2006.
