Six Flags over GA to hold Military Appreciation Weekend Aug. 20-21

ATLANTA (WTVM) – Popular amusement park Six Flags over Georgia is celebrating those who fight for our freedom by hosting a Military Appreciation Weekend.

The special weekend, which will take place from Aug. 20 through Aug. 21, will feature the following deals:

  • All ACTIVE Military Members with a valid ID will receive free admission for themselves and up to 3 other family members.
  • All RETIRED Military Members and VETERANS will receive a 50% discount off of admission to the park with a valid ID, for an unlimited amount.
  • Active Military Members can also purchase additional tickets at 50% off. All admission tickets must be purchased at the park.

The park is also offering a special Military Appreciation Weekend Meal, with those tickets available online at www.sixflags.com/overgeorgia.
