It's the weekend, and that means it's time for some high school football! We'll have the final scores for the football games posted here on Friday night. 

We'll also have a poll where you can vote for the Play of the Week. Voting opens Friday night after Sports Overtime and ends Monday afternoon. We'll announce the winner Monday in the 6 p.m. News.

As many prepare for weather related to Hurricane Hermine, the following football games have been affected: 

  • Chattahoochee County’s game versus Baconton scheduled for 7 p.m. ET Thursday has been moved back to Thursday, Sept. 22.
  • Americus-Sumter's game versus Dooly County scheduled for Friday has been pushed back to Saturday, Sept. 3 at noon. 
  • Hardaway @ Lee County has been canceled; no reschedule date at this time. 
  • Randolph-Clay @ Calhoun has been postponed; has been rescheduled for 6 p.m. ET Saturday, Sept. 3
