COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The 7th Annual Uptown Beer & Wine Festival, presented by Maltitude, is happening this Saturday in Uptown Columbus.
The event, happening in the Rankin Courtyard between Broadway and First Avenue, will feature more than 100 craft beers and wines for thirsty participants, and will also have a number of TVs showing college football and live music.
The locations participating in the event are the Uptown Tap, Rankin Courtyard, and the Livery.
Stephanie Woodham, the director of the Uptown Beer and Wine Festival is expecting another sold out event. Woodham also wants festival goers to have fun but participate safely.
"Drink responsibly come in and really use this event to taste the beers and to sample the beers and wines for the years to come," Woodham said.
The cost of admission is $40 and will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at The Springer Opera House box office.
