The Columbus Police Department Property Crimes Unit is asking the public’s assistance identifying two suspects in a motor vehicle theft from Headquarter Nissan Dealership on Whittlesey Road.

The incident took place Tuesday, Sept. 6 between 11:10 p.m. and 11:45 p.m.

During the incident, a white 2013 Nissan Rogue was stolen from the parking lot of the dealership.

At around 11:10 p.m., a gold mid 90's Ford Ranger extended cab with a chrome toolbox pulled up to the business, and two white males exited the vehicle.

One of the suspects was wearing a blue shirt and khaki shorts with a shaved head, and the second suspect was wearing a blue shirt and blue jean shorts with dark colored hair.

Between 11:10 p.m. and 11:40 p.m., the suspects walked the entire car lot and check several vehicles.

At 11:40 p.m., the white male with the shaved head entered the Nissan Rogue and left the car lot by driving over a curb.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of these suspects is asked to contact Detective Joseph Austin at 706-225-4313.
