COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Columbus Technical College officials say they are happy to welcome anyone in the military on campus.
This effort is proving true as the college was designated a 2017 Military Friendly School for another year.
About 21 percent of the student body consists of veterans, military spouses and active duty or retirees.
Officials say they work hard to be a part of the military community in our area.
"Military Friendly School for us here at Columbus Tech means that we are friendly, open engaging to our military population that includes our active duty military students their dependents as well as our veterans," said Tara Askew, VP for Student Affairs.
