COLUMBUS, OH (WTVM) – After a Harlem Globetrotters' trick shot went viral, UGA alum now ESPN commentator David Pollack traded in one ball for another and got in on some hoop action Saturday.
As a part of ESPN's College Game Day, Zeus McClurkin with the Harlem Globetrotters met up with Pollack before today's Michigan-Ohio State game.
In a YouTube video, the duo is seen making more shots throughout the Ohio State Buckeyes' stadium.
Snellville native David Pollack played linebacker for UGA from 2001-2004 under then head coach Mark Richt, racking up numerous defensive awards including SEC player of the year two years in a row.
Pollack played for two years in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals before retiring after a career-ending injury. Pollack now serves as a commentator for ESPN and is seen most frequently on College Game Day.
The Globetrotters play over 340 games in over 250 cities during their new tour that begins late December.
