COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – The Columbus Museum and Chattahoochee Valley Regional Office of the Alzheimer’s Association are providing “Access for the Arts.”

This is a free program that uses are therapy to help those who suffer from Alzheimer’s.

“A lot of people who come to the museum do have this illness. They are looking for an outlet. They want to experience art. Art does not have a known ability to help people have good memory recall,” said Kristen Dunn with the Columbus Museum.

This is the second year of the event.
