LAGRANGE, GA (WTVM) – Troup County Sheriff’s Office along with investigators from Harris County have arrested a man who was involved in numerous unsolved entering auto cases.

A search warrant was secured for 21-year-old Quintavious Gray on N. Kite Drive and investigators discovered dozens of stolen weapons, hunting gear and various electronics from the location.

Gray told investigators that he entered hundreds of unsecured vehicles in Troup, Harris, and Coweta counties over a five-month period. Gray was booked into the Troup County Jail on an entering auto theft charge.

Anyone who has been a victim of an entering auto case is encouraged to follow-up with their investigator or detective in the coming days after we have had an opportunity to catalog the recovered property.

All recovered stolen property will be returned to the legal owners after this investigation concludes and additional arrest are possible.

Officials want to remind the public to always look your vehicle no matter where it is parked and to never leave items of value in your vehicle when it is unattended.
