COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - Students from Clubview Elementary School learned a few football techniques on Tuesday thanks to representatives with the Atlanta Falcons.
Three representatives got fourth and fifth graders moving for the Atlanta Falcons Gatorade training camp.
The camp is a part of the Play 60 initiative with the NFL and promotes movement and activity daily with kids of all ages.
"Today we were coming here to put on a Play 60 program, we're basically promoting kids to stay active for an hour of the day," said coordinator Quinton Cole. "So we have four different stations – a quarterback toss, a running back station, an obstacle course, and a defensive back station.)
Clubview is one of 35 schools in the state of Georgia benefiting from Play 60.
