COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - The death of Columbus woman, Kassandra "Kassie" Hollinhead has been ruled accidental by Muscogee County's Coroner, while the woman charged is facing additional charges.

Additional charges of tampering with evidence and obstruction of law enforcement in connection with the crash have been added to Jovonne Williams' long list of charges.

Williams pleaded not guilty during her preliminary hearing last week.

Her attorney, Mark Shelnutt, is still holding fast to the idea that their client, Williams should not be charged with vehicular homicide

"She did not cause this person's death, even accidentally, so we really weren't surprised by this report, but it just justified what we believed," said Shelnutt.

Williams is still being held in the Muscogee County Jail on bond set at more than $16,000

The case has been bound over to Superior Court.
