Most Wanted: Columbus cab driver murder

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – An alleged accomplice in a Columbus cab driver's murder is still on the Valley's most wanted list.

The Columbus Police Department is searching for 21-year-old Devin Durden in connection with the murder of Dewayne Chronister on October 17th.

Officer Paul Moody says Durden has three tattoos that read, "RIP Byrd," "Savage Life," and "RIP Cross" and he may be seen in the midtown area where he visits frequently.

"Mr. Durden is known to hang out at Fulton Avenue, Forsyth St. and Brown Avenue, these are all streets in Columbus and known hangouts and places he gathers with people," said Officer Moody.

Durden weighs 144 pounds and stands six feet tall.

If you see him, police say do not approach him because he is considered armed and dangerous.
