NWS preliminary reports indicate EF-2 tornado hit Stewart, Webster counties

(WTVM) – Preliminary reports from the National Weather Service confirm that an EF-2 tornado hit areas of Stewart and Webster counties.

The path of the EF-2 tornado tracked into southern Stewart county, into Webster county, and may have continued into Sumter county.

An EF-2 tornado has wind speeds that range from 111-135 miles per hour.
